Delivery Timeframe:


For available products the delivery time range from 1 to 7 working days, covering worldwide destinations.


For preordered products it varies depending on the style and design. Please refer to the specific product page for accurate preorder timing.

Delivery and Shipping:


While we are dedicated to striving for the delivery timelines indicated in our Order confirmation and on our website, it's essential to understand that these timelines are approximate and not binding. The initiation of delivery timelines commences from the moment of Order confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays arising from factors beyond our reasonable control. This includes instances where you are unavailable to accept the delivery or if delivery postponement is requested.


Our delivery operations are conducted daily, excluding Lebanon public holidays. Ensuring proper accessibility for deliveries, especially on Fridays, remains your responsibility. Please take note that our courier will attempt to contact you up to four times to schedule the delivery time slot. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, your Order will be canceled.






Lebanon & International Shipping:


Shipping is complimentary for all destinations. However, it's important to acknowledge that this excludes any government charges, clearance fees, customs duties, taxes, or similar expenses, which are calculated based on your shipping destination.


We adhere strictly to Lebanon law and will not engage in any transactions or provide services to countries sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

Upon placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Whenever possible, we endeavor to deliver your orders directly to your doorstep.

Return conditions:


Please note:
The following return policies apply to international orders only and do not apply to orders delivered within Lebanon. Returns are not available for Lebanon orders.

* All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.
* All goods must be returned in the same parcel with the label.
* Return shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (Aramex).
* We can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to Saudi Arabia must be returned from Saudi Arabia. Otherwise, the return is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).
* Customized items cannot be returned.
* Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. You can also opt in to receive store credit for the refunded amount, which you can redeem on future Fabula purchases.
* Insurance and handling fees will not be refunded by Fabula in case of returns.
* When returning items that arrived in separate parcels, please carefully pack them into their original packaging. Kindly use the individual labels for each parcel.

Exchanges conditions:

The following exchange policies apply to international orders only and do not apply to orders delivered within Lebanon. For Lebanon orders, exchanges are available in-store only and are not offered online.

* We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, and have all tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.
* It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size. We cannot exchange items for a different color or a different item altogether.
* Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item for a different size once.
* Merchandise must be returned in one parcel. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times.
* Exchange shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (Aramex).
* We can only accept exchanges from the country to which an order was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to Saudi Arabia must be returned from Saudi Arabia. Otherwise, the exchange is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).
